Wellness Week 2024
The Marlborough Wine Industry Wellness Week aims to strengthen a culture of wellness and wellbeing in the industry.
As we wrap up the 2024 grape harvest and move into the next growing season, we are asking our industry to share their wellbeing strategies from harvest and throughout the year.
Explore the key details below.
What is the Marlborough Wine Industry Wellbeing week?
It’s a fun and supportive week where we encourage the industry to share their wellbeing strategies on Instagram in a friendly competition from 27 – 31 May 2024.
A panel of independent judges will select the best initiative and the company will be recognised on Friday 31 May 2024.
What is a wellbeing initiative?
Wellbeing means we have the tools, support and environments we need to be who we are and to build and sustain lives worth living.
Some examples of wellbeing initiatives from the industry include breakout/ quiet spaces, sustainable working strategies during and following the harvest season, and connection or health initiatives such as speakers, workshops or team activities. You can check out the winning 2023 initiatives here.
