The “Workplace Wellbeing Most Impactful Initiative Award” for 2024…

Wellness Week Winners

Workplace Wellbeing relates to all aspects of working life, from the quality and safety of the physical environment, to how workers feel about their work, their working environment, the climate at work and work organization.

During the week of 27 - 31 May, the Marlborough Wine industry shared their initiatives on Instagram using #WellnessWeek2024 and #MarlboroughWine.

The Marlborough Wine Industry Wellness Week is designed to be a supportive week for the industry to showcase and share initiative(s) that have had positive impacts on people's wellbeing and supports a culture of wellness.

The entries were discussed by an independent panel and some of the aspects the judges were looking out for were impact on people in the organisation, effort invested into the initiative, how accessible the initiative was, participation and ongoing impact.

We are pleased to share that the Marlborough Wine Industry Workplace Wellbeing Most Impactful Initiative Award for 2024 is presented to Hunter’s Wines for their engaging activities focusing on the 5 Ways of Wellbeing for Mental Health Awareness Week and their Wine Options Fridays.

The Marlborough Wine Industry Workplace Wellbeing Leadership Award for 2024 is presented to Forrest for their 38-hour work week which allows full-time employees to finish at 3 PM on Fridays and their "Never Miss a Monday" boot camp.
