Peter Gordon, the pioneer of fusion food, has spent 40 years gathering ingredients, textures, and techniques from kitchens around the world, combining them in thrilling new ways. His eclectic style, which has earned him global recognition, will be on display as he curates a five-course meal that celebrates the best of Marlborough.
