For three decades, we’ve nurtured our vineyards nestled in the protective embrace of the Wither Hills ranges. We take great pride in our journey from vine to bottle, capturing the essence of the place we call home. Here’s to many more years of creating wines that embody our passion and dedication.

To celebrate this milestone, we invite you to join us at our spiritual home for a wine and food experience that brings together icons of their craft, united by a shared passion and dedication, for a sensory and celebratory occasion.

On Saturday, 23rd November, Chef Peter Gordon and Wither Hills Winemaker Matt Large will come together at the Wither Hills restaurant for a special winemaker’s dinner to celebrate 30 years of Wither Hills. Peter Gordon, the pioneer of fusion food, has spent 40 years gathering ingredients, textures, and techniques from kitchens around the world, combining them in thrilling new ways. His eclectic style, which has earned him global recognition, will be on display as he curates a five-course meal that celebrates the best of Marlborough.

Numbers are limited to 100 guests, who can look forward to this exceptional meal, perfectly paired with Wither Hills single vineyard and library stock vintage wines from our cellar collection. Peter and Matt will guide you through the finer points of their creations, sharing insights into their crafts.

The experience includes canapés, starter, main, dessert, and cheese, each paired with cellar or library wines for each course — $249 per person
