Marlborough’s annual winter field day will be held on 31 May at Matador Estate, join us from noon for a BBQ and coffee cart. Growers, vineyard managers and operators, labour contractors and pruning teams, this is a practical session designed to support vineyard decision-making and activities on vineyard over winter.
 
The Winter Field Day will retain the previous focus on pruning and cover pruning wound protection, mechanisation and alternative pruning, and an update in the RSE space. Refreshed topics this year will include re-planting and staying of top of rules and regs, including use of lasers.
