In tough times farmers, growers and rural people check-in on each other, tell stories, yarn about the to-do list and remind ourselves that we’re resilient people, and we’ll get through this.
On Thursday 4 May (7pm-8:30pm) join the biggest rural check-in yet. In a free, 90-minute interactive evening online with host Te Radar, reconnect with whānau and mates across the country, learn a few practical tools & tips for staying on track and share a few laughs.
Joining The Big Check-in will be Steve Kearney (NZ Defence Force) and Dr Lucy Hone with some expert tools and tips for personal wellbeing & resilience, alongside community leaders Sandra Matthews (Tairāwhiti) and Michelle Ruddell (Tai Tokerau).
