Applications are open until Friday 10 June, with the programme getting underway in August. It is open to women of all ages and roles within our industry, including sales and marketing, viticulture, cellar door, cellar hand, winemaking general management, operations, logistics, laboratory and administration. Both mentors and mentees have really enjoyed the experience and benefitted hugely from previous programmes.
