Virginnia's interactive presentation will explore both international and New Zealand caviars while enhancing the knowledge and accessibility. Rare Occasion’s exceptional caviar can be enjoyed on its own or even better when paired with a glass of Esses bubbles!

Owners Mel and Aaron are passionate sparkling lovers and having searched the world found a gorgeous little plot of vines located in the magnificent foothills of Kaikoura.
